My name is Kristin Stephens and I am located in Galesburg, Illinois. Although I wasn't born and raised here I have come to love it as my family's new home.

I look forward to sharing my desserts with you! I offer custom cakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, cream puffs, macarons and more. Each of my recipes are rigorously tested and developed so that it is a responsibly expanding menu that will never disappoint.

I was born and raised in Bel Air, Maryland (about 25 miles north of Baltimore). After graduating high school, my family and I moved to Eastern Oregon where I met the love of my life Jonathan. We have since grown our family with three beautiful children that are the light of our lives. We moved to Galesburg in March 2022 so that I could be a stay-at-home-mama which has allowed me to focus on our children and, of course, grow my love of cooking and baking. I have always loved being in the kitchen and truly believe a good meal (and dessert!) brings a family together like nothing else can. I hope to share a little bit of that love and magic with all of you!
